Each match consists of a set number of raids (e.g., 20 total, 10 for each team).
Teams take turns sending a single player (the Raider) into the opponent's half.
The Raider's goal is to tag one or more defenders and return to their own half safely. Each defender tagged is one point.
The Defenders' goal is to stop the raider from returning, tackling them to the ground. This earns the defense 1 point.
Revival: For every point your team scores (either by raiding or defending), one of your “OUT” players comes back onto the mat.
Do or Die Raid: If a team has two “Empty Raids” (raids where no points are scored by either side), their third raid is a “Do or Die” raid. The raider must score a point, or they are out.
